The Northwest Managers of Educational Technology recognize the challenges experienced by higher education institutions undergoing budget constraints and financial uncertainty. Every year we offer a limited number of travel grants for specialists in higher education who would otherwise not be able to attend the NW/MET conference.

In 2026 we received an unprecedented number of applications for travel grants. Unfortunately, we could not provide every applicant with a travel grant, but we dug deep into our reserve budget, and engaged with our friends and partners for additional funding, and provided travel grants for more attendees than ever before.
